About homeopathy

Smart, green care — paws and all

What homeopathy is, why it suits animals, and how we make ours.

What homeopathy is

Homeopathy was theorized and developed by Dr Samuel Hahnemann in the late 18th century. It looks at the patient as a whole — physically, emotionally, and in behaviour — rather than at a single sign in isolation.

It rests on the Law of Similars, like cures like, a principle known since Hippocrates. Remedies are made from natural substances — plant, mineral or animal — highly diluted and dynamized. The letters HPUS on our labels mean the components are officially monographed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States.

Why it suits pets

Pets experience emotional, mental and physical ailments just as we do. From head to paw — or claw — they deserve the same quality of care we give ourselves.

It's gentle

Free of toxic components, and suitable at any age, from puppy to senior.

It's easy to give

Oral drops go into the mouth, onto a treat, or into the water bowl. No pill to hide, no brushing.

It looks at the whole animal

A dog that scratches may also be restless. Homeopathy addresses those together.*

How we make ours

Olloïs is a vertically integrated company. Every step — from the plant to the bottle — happens under our control, in our own laboratories in the South of France, under pharmaceutical GMP regulations.

We brought the first lactose-free, organic certified and kosher homeopathic medicines to market, and the first 100% bio-sourced tube, made from vegetable oils.

Every Ollopets formula is Organic Verified by Alpes Contrôles, certificate 2021/AO3M216K/1.

When to start, and when to stop

It is often useful to start as soon as you notice something is off.

Stop use and talk to your veterinarian if there is no improvement after 3 days, or if things get worse. Ollopets supports your veterinarian's care — it does not replace it. If your pet is pregnant or nursing, ask your veterinarian before use. Keep out of reach of children.
